post url and testing problem

Hi,

did anybody encounter a problem with the POST URL command on android 3.2 +
i can make it work on the lower versions (froyo) but not on gingerbread

also, i cant seem to use my pantech (android version 3.2) as a test device any ideas why? settings perhaps? (except for the obvious ones like debug mode)
