I am using several player objects to play sounds in an app. The files are just plain aif files, but I need the player to be able to layer the sounds. When moving my built app to Windows there's no sound what so ever! If I try to open the sounds directly on the QuickTime player (on Windows) all sounds play perfectly. Any hints on where to start looking?
Note: Even if I use "answer file" and then set a players "fileName" property to the given file there is still no sound!

Re: No sound under Windows
I've been having trouble with QuickTime on Windows, also. My program accesses my iTunes playlist and plays the audio files. It has always worked great. Sometime in the last couple months (I'm not sure when) the audio playback is either non-existent or is really awful (real tinny sounding.) Video playback with sound are as good as ever. I opened my stack with different versions of Rev going back to version 2.9. The problem persists, so I think it must be something that has changed in QuickTime. Everything plays great on the Mac side.
