I'm used to layout programs that provide either ruler guides or a T-square (as in FileMaker Pro) which help with properly lining up objects on a layout.
I'm not seeing an equivalent in RR and am currently drawing my own line and moving it around.
Is that what you all do, or are there ruler guides hidden somewhere in RR?
no ruler guides?

Hi Bill,
There are rulers, but I can't find them right now. There is a plugin for this. If you can find an older version, you might find the plugin in the Plug-ins folder.

To be clear, I'm not referring to the rulers that can be applied to the upper/lower portion of one's window. RR has that option. I'm specifically referring to the ability to have guides overlaid at various sections in one's layout, or at least--as provided in FMP--the ability to overlay a single T-square.

While Revolution isn't meant as a desktop pubmlishing tool, rulers and/or 'magnetic' guidelines would certainly be handy. That being said, you might be interested in the GLX2 VAB visual application browser - this alternative IDE offers guides.
