DataGrid scrolling issue

Hi I imlemented datagrid in my app and want to make it scrollable ,for that i used this link

but after addinng this code my app always crashing .If i am trying to open app instead of running in that case also code crashingt. I added mouseup and down functionality from this link to datagrid rowtemplate.
