Horizontal Tools palette

I would like to be able to choose the way the Tools palette is displayed in the developer interface.
Currently it's always displayed vertical. I wish I could have it horizontal because screens are getting wider and wider and they are room we could use.
My birthday is passed already, but I can wait untill Christmas
