Location based media player

Hello all,

I am an experienced designer/developer and presently I am working on a location based media player. At the moment I have been working through the tutorials that are part of the Livecoding school but I would like to get started on my app design. Here is what I would like it to do.

-play audio file from the cloud when at a specific GPS location.
-when not at location it would then stop audio and play the next audio file when at another audio file that is associated with a audio file.


Has anyone been working on something like this or could give me some pointers? I am still going through the App Academy's "cloud and database" tutorials too.
