Glad you're getting there. Perhaps when you've digested all this, on a slightly related topic, but a bit of a tangent, you might also want to look up chapters 7.10 to 7.11 in the User Guide about attaching handlers to custom properties, and in particular 7.11 about creating virtual properties. Used in conjunction with the message path, you can be more granular in responding to events throughout the stacks and substacks. Sometimes these things take a bit of reviewing to get to the bottom of, but when you appreciate the concept, you can start thinking away from the way you thought you "should" and find that Rev lets you do lots of things in lots of ways that you never realised before.
