is this a bug in visual effect?

Hi,

I created "visual effect reveal right slow" in the stack with a data grid. Prior to LC v 6.6.2 it would work smooth both in the IDE and in the standalones when using only the line "visual effect reveal right slow" but without these lines: "lock screen for visual effect" .."unlock screen with visual effect reveal right slow"

Now in LC v 6.6.2 it's choppy when using only "visual effect reveal right slow" See this screen capture:

and with "lock screen for visual effect" .. "unlock screen with visual effect reveal right slow" lines it does not work properly - the card shifts to the right but at first it's revealing itself and then the next card; see this screen capture:

Is this a bug introduced in the latest LC version?

Yeah I just saw this today.
Is this on Windows? That is where I saw it.

Will you build a stack and post the bug or I can.

Yes, I'm working on PC with Windows.
The stack is attached here and I'll submit the bug report later today.
