Data Balance on my Mobile Hotspot?

Hi,
I am wondering if it is possible to write an app in LiveCode to query/get via USSD the data balance on my 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot? I downloaded an example from the Play Store to look at (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... sage&hl=en). I cannot use it here but I am wondering if I can do it with LiveCode for my own mobile networks.

Any ideas (as I have none)?
