I have a new MacBook Pro. I tried to download from http://livecode.com/download/ . I fill in the form and it says "That email is already associated with a LiveCode account". Then I log in and go to the download page again while logged in and get the same message. How does one download the community edition a second time?

If there's an issue with the account management there is may be helpful to send a note to support AT runrev.com so they can address it.
