Installation LC 7.0.1

Hi all,
I hope this is the right place for my request.

I can't install Live Code vers. 7.0.1 (stable) on my laptop. I've downloaded the installation file for win, community edition, from here http://downloads.livecode.com/livecode/
runs it as administrator, but a warning message said something like: "impossible to run this app in your pc"

on this pc I have already installed LC v. 6.7

my laptop is an Acer AspireOne725
processor AMD C-70 APU
ram 2.00GB
o.s. Win 8.1 64 bit

Several people have been reporting problems installing LC 7.0.1 (stable) either here or on the use-mailing list. I happened to install it without incident but if I was in your position I would go to http://downloads.livecode.com/livecode/ and try downloading LC 7.0.1 (rc4) instead

and yes for some 'stable' LC 7.0.1 has been a bit wobbly - but I'm sure it will be followed by a 'more stable' 7.0.2 - which I'm sure will be rock solid

Frazer Gordon just posted to the use-list that LC 7.0.1 (stable) community edition for Windows has been re-uploaded - and it might be worth your while trying again...
