I'm not seeing a preference to change the current behavior, so, I'm assuming this would be a feature request. The standard keyboard shortcuts on Mac for navigating to the next word and end of line are option right arrow and command right arrow respectively.
I very much desire this in RR Script Editor as opposed to the command right arrow serving to go to the next word with no apparent equivalent to navigate to the end of the line.
Of course, using the left arrow with the modifiers should move the cursor in reverse.
It sure boost productivity to have any text editor observe the rules of the operating system.

On my MacBook, I use fn + arrow-right to navigate to the end of a line. Not all Mac programmes accept control-arrowKey to navigate text. I think this is application-specific. I don't really care about this feature request, but I have nothing against it either.
