Could Not Compile Application Class error on release 7+

Post by gshearne » Wed Feb 04, 2015 5:33 pm

Hi,
I am receiving the application class error when compiling with 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 for iOS. I have new distribution credentials (as mentioned in an earlier thread). I went back and tried compiling some previous apps that work under 6.7 and they also give me the same compile error.

I need 7.0 because I am using the codePointProperty feature because I am working with languages that have accents. Interestingly I can compile the same app on 7.0.1 for Windows for my Android version. No problems.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
Greg

I too am getting the same error. Using LC 7.0.1 on Macbook Air with Yosemite.
Interesting thing is The Compiled file is saved and I am able to install it on my iPhone 4s.
Not only that the app seems to work ok. I haven't tested everything yet but....

Tom

edit: Should I be worried?

This is the answer I got from Neil on another section of these forums same topic.
It solved my problem and perhaps will help others.
