stack updates

Post by bsouthuk » Wed Feb 25, 2009 3:38 pm

Hi

I wonder if someon can help. I have developed some software using Rev and wondered if someone could give me a clear roadmap as to how to acheive the following:

I will be selling my software to businesses in form of monthly subscriptions. I will be required to update my software every day and need the stack to overwrite the end users current stack everytime I update my software. I think the easiest way to do this will be to put my sofware on a URL? Then when businesses log in to my software on their systems Rev will automomatically check to see if the software has been updated and that the stack has been modified. If it has then I want Rev to overwrite the end users current stack.

Could anybody post me an easy step by step giude in how to achieve this maybe along with some snippets/coding.

WOuld be most grateful

Thanks

Daniel
