When launch AVD I get "Warning- No DNS server found"

When I launch AVD I get "Warning- No DNS server found"

When I test an Android app, the AVD blinks as the project is loaded, but the AVD display returns to Android logo screen.

Please give some guidance.

The DNS issue is a Android SDK related issue. a possible solution is discussed here-

In regards to the emulator returning to the homes screen after you launch an app, this is known to occur with older emulators. Please try to create a newer avd (e.g. 4.1.2) and attempt to deploy to this
