Advertising Identifier (IDFA)[Solved] ?

Hi Forum,

I was wondering what button I should chose for app submission.

1.My app doesn't have 3rd party advertisement connected since LC doesn't support Ad
2.yet I created pop-up Ad-looking pane showing "Buy Now" and "Restore" buttons.
3.This custom Ad looking pane pops up whenever user return to the main page.

and one more thing, my app use mergPop to use Facebook and twitter. a short marketing phrase and an Ad image will be automatically attached whenever users use mergPop.
I though that it can be considered as ad...

Now, what option should I choose in the itunes submission process? It seems like mandatory to select.
There are four options. Please help if you know what to chose!

I believe this refers only to targeted ads through a third party provider. Technically you app doesn't use ads so you can answer "no" to the question and avoid this screen entirely.
