Installing CodeIndy-8_0_1-Mac-2

I am getting errors when launching LC on El Capitan 10.11.5.
Kindly see attached images:

First dialog error message

I have tried removing LC from the app folder and re-installing it but the error messages re-apear when launching LC.
Also deleted the "My Livecode" folder.
Is there something that I am missing here?
Any pointers here would be appreciated.

Delete your LC preference files here-

/Users/**username**/Library/Preferences/RunRev

Then restart LiveCode. This should resolve the issue.
