just copy http://livecodeshare.runrev.com/stack/799/Auto-backups in the plugin folder of your local "my livecode" folder and will be part of the IDE. :D
Dependig on OS the My livecode folder is:
  • Windows: My Documents/My LiveCode/Plugins
  • OS X: ~/Documents/My LiveCode/Plugins
  • Linux: ~/my_livecode/Plugins/

Everything that you can add to LC is easy to add. Sometimes, though, for n00bs, add-ons are less impressive than already-on's
