just copy http://livecodeshare.runrev.com/stack/799/Auto-backups in the plugin folder of your local "my livecode" folder and will be part of the IDE.

Everything that you can add to LC is easy to add. Sometimes, though, for n00bs, add-ons are less impressive than already-on's
