Can't reorder project browser objects in 8.1.3 rc1

LiveCode Community 8.1.3 (rc 1)
Mac OS 10.12.3

Can no longer reorder objects in the project browser list. I can still drag the objects around in the list, but they just snap back into their original spot. For example, I can't move an object into an existing group or move objects above or below other objects. Bad thing is, I just recently updated both the OS and LC. I don't know which might be causing the problem. Wondering if anyone else was having this issue.

This is definitely a bug in LiveCode 8.1.3 RC-1.
