Likely. I don't have time to review that product's feature list in detail, though. What features would you anticipate being particularly difficult?

maybe like Microsoft Powerpoint. when you click f5 the presentation screen will appear on the LCD projector. I plan to make it like easyworship for my church

That should be doable. LiveCode offers "the screenrects" to determine metrics for placing windows on any connected display.

The question should not be, "can LiveCode make it?'

The question should be, "Can I make it with LiveCode?"

LiveCode does not make things by itself, but with a bit of effort and thinking it is possible
to make a tremendous range of software with LiveCode.
