Drop Down Menu will not reopen at top of menu items

Drop Down Menu will not reopen at top of menu items.

The first time I open my drop down menu, the menu items appear from the 1st to the 5th.
I select the 10th menu item and exit the drop down menu. Now, I reopen the drop down menu
again and the menu items no longer appear with the 1st menu item at the top. I have read the dictionary
and tried several things to try to reset the menu items to display starting with the 1st item, but nothing
seems to work. I am sure it is possible, but how?

Hiya David,

By "drop down menu", are you referring to an "Option menu", a "Pulldown menu", or a "Combo box" ?

I'm guessing it is either the Option menu or Combobox, since the Pulldown doesn't display this type of behavior.

Mkay, which OS are you on? I can't say that happens on 'nix, but will be happy to look at it on a different OS.

Well, I can't help you there heh. Hopefully some of the other big sur users will chime in, I wasn't able to reproduce what your describing here or on Windows.

It is really not a big deal, since the final application will not be using that kind of UI.
