enable webrtc

i use livecode version indy 9.6.3 (rc1).
can you give example stack how to use webrtc for windows standalone setting?

Maybe I am a bit naive (Huh, I am, face facts), but isn't webRTC something to do with Java?

AND, while Java is a respectable programming language, it is not LiveCode.

Last time I looked "webRTC" meant the website of the Royal Thimphu College in Bhutan; an institution I heartily support:

I have looked into it as well but did not test it with LiveCode Browser Object.

Yes, I got that web-page as well, but could see no obvious connexion with LiveCode so went for something a bit more interesting.

webrtc only supports windows, previously I tried using macOS
