Full-Featured TABS For Card Fields

Greetings,

I am wondering if there is any possibility that we could have a full-featured set of TABs for card fields. I would be so nice to have the following:
1. Right Aligned TAB
2. Left Aligned TAB
3. Decimal Aligned TAB

My customers keep asking if I can incorporate a simple word processing app into my programs with these features. Has anybody written an external to liveCode that would add this feature. It is beyond my capabilities, but I would sure be willing to pay for something like this. However, it sure would be nice if this would just be native in LiveCode.

A completely new (and finally uptodate) field object is announced for version 5
of LiveCode, but when that will be published...
