Build To Android - Error

I have followed (and checked my work) these lessons:
How do I Become an Android Developer on a PC?
The Basics: How do I Create Hello World on Android?
I have read the LiveCode Android release notes

I can't build the app and I get this error:

Unable to build app for testing:

I got the exact same error myself.
When I was using the trial 4.6 and 4.6.1

Have a look thru my posts.

I had to move to MAC to get the Virtual Android and phone android to work/save properly.

RR support acknowledged this was a bug.
I don't know if this was actually fixed or not.

After a weeks research I went ahead and purchsed the OmegaBundle while this was still a bug.

I finally received credit for LiveCode and Android.
Once I was able to re-license live code the Virtual Android tested correctly.

But then I had another problem and it was fixed after reboot.
