Graphic effects displaying wrong color.

For any object, in any stack; the graphic effects does not give me the correct color output for certain colors and will show me the reverse. That doesn't make sense but here is what I'm talking about...

Graphic effects -> Color overlay
I select red and I get blue.


I select light blue and I get yellow.


I select blue and I get red.
I select orange and I get blue.
I select yellow and I get a light blue.
I select purple I get pink
and pink I get purple

...But it works for green. Any ideas?

I saw that too but it was fixed in version 4.6.1. Is that what you're using? Also, I only saw it on Android so maybe you've found something else.

I am on 4.6.1 using windows xp.
