Loading a Google Map and Using GPS

I downloaded the stack about Google and GPS below this on the forum, but it gave me an error.

I'm trying to do a couple of things with Google Maps:

First, I just want to load one onto my screen. I've been able to do that by loading the URL of a map in a browser in a box on my screen, but then I can't press the map buttons on the Google Map.

Second, I want to load my GPS coordinates onto the map, and I want it to chart the path I take while I go on a bike ride.

Any ideas on how to do that?

I've figured out how to load a Google Map that shows my current location. I've also figured out how to load a Google My Map. What I haven't figured out is how to put my current (and changing) location onto a Google My Map.

Any ideas?
