I'm planning on deploying my application on all platforms.
I'd like to offer my app for free, collecting revenues from ads.
What options do I have as far as ad networks.
Is there any one that will run on all platforms without externals?

You will probably need revBrowser to display ads. So, the answer is no, although you might be able to use the native browser control in iOS to display iAds.
