Hiring someone to write an external?

Post by richardmac » Sun Dec 18, 2011 4:33 pm

I'm curious - has anyone in here ever hired an Xcode programmer to write an external for your iOS LiveCode product? And if so, and you don't mind sharing, what did it cost (ball park is fine.)

It's probably out of my price range, but you don't know until you ask.

Hi,

I make externals myself with XCode. Once in a while I'm asked to write an external for a customer. I do ask a serious budget to deliver externals. The budget depends on the complexity of the project.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the response, Mark. I doubt that the projects I'm working on would warrant such a budget, but maybe one day. You never know! :)
