revBrowser and PDFs

Does anyone know what the system requirements for using revBrowser to view PDFs are? I have a standalone installed on 30 machines, all "with the latest version of Acrobat Reader", or so the clients say, and it works fine on almost all as it's supposed to but a select few.

Hi xclntdesign,

make sure that "Display PDFs in Browser" (or something like that) is checked in the
Acrobat Reader's preferences on every machine.

Display PDF in Browser has been selected and still no luck. Any other things I need to look for?
