It appears that Apple has made some changes with the Chinese input method on OS 10.7 (Lion). If the text font of a field is set to a Chinese font, the Mac keyboard language doesn't automatically switch to the respective language. Until OS 10.6 there was no problem: when I opened a field with Chinese text font, the keyboard switched to the Chinese input. Now I have to select the keyboard by hand.
Is there a command to change the Mac keyboard? Thanks for any hints!
