read file .txt on the web solved

Hi All,

I try to read a file .txt from a server

Code: Select all

on mouseUp
   put URL "http://www.alternatic.ch/jmb/test200312.txt" into tData
   set the text of fld "myFld" to tData
end mouseUp

work on OSX but not on IOS

What i forget ?

Works for me (in France . Do you use old versions of LC or Xcode ?
Try that
on mouseUp
put "http://www.alternatic.ch/jmb/test200312.txt" into tNomData
put URL tNomData into tData
set the text of fld "myFld" to tData
end mouseUp
