Games Tool for Playing Online

Hello,

I'm a newcomer to Runtime Revolution and would like to use it to develop a software program for playing online roulette.

I have the ability to design the graphics and user interface, but would need assistance with programming.

The main function of the program will be to constantly track and display (in ascending order) how many times the roulette ball lands on each number (0 - 36) for any number of spins of the roulette wheel.

The player will manually input the results of the roulette wheel into the software by simply clicking the appropriate numbers (0 - 36) in the program.

Are there any programmers who can provide suggestions and assistance and possibly take on the coding?

Also, any idea as to the cost for programming such an application?
