Quicktime player problems

Please advice on any setup I should be aware of for the running of the tutorials from the "Getting Started" videos off the Help system.

I can hear the audio but the video is not playing. QT is at version 7.4.1 and 7.4.5. (problem on two machines)

Techsmith codec installed ok... any hints

I think this is a bug. I have the same problem on an old PC. The problem could be similar to the one described here: http://quality.runrev.com/qacenter/show_bug.cgi?id=4950

Hi Mark,
I was demonstrating the ease of use of the application to some colleagues and wanted then to see the handy videos and on two machines this failed. Felt bad cos, I had dragged them from the bar to have a look...

Asked them to install Ensharpen codec and see... anxiously waiting for the PC owner to sober up and report back later today.
