Can't get a trial serial number.

Post by dablock » Thu Apr 24, 2008 5:53 pm

I've recently heard about Rev so I downloaded the trial version. When I opened it, it asked for a serial number. I clicked on the trial link on the registration splash screen. It took me to the RunRev site, but then redirected me because the page no longer existed.

Does anyone know where can I get a serial number to try out Rev? (BTW, I've already tried contacting Rev support but never heard back from them.)

TIA!

Hi dablock,

stupid question, but did you check your spam folder? The trial code script on RRs site is automatic, so you should receive your key instantly. Also, when you write to support@runrev.com, you get at least a Ticket assigned. If received neither of these mails I suspect your spam filter swallowed it.

All the best,

Malte

Thanks for the reply! No, nothing in my spam folder. The thing is I never get anywhere to register or request a serial number. The link to request a serial number is downloads.runrev.com/revolution/revolution_key.php but it redirects to the home page. So the request page is missing.

Any other ideas? TIA!
