Livecode Mac Sandboxing

Hi all, I saw this very interesting 2012 YouTube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLCXVNrDubY about Sandboxing with LiveCode, the tool used is RB Package Maker Studio http://www.bluecolin.com/rbpms/, anybody know whether is there also a equivalent tool specify for LiveCode or is OK to use this one?
