Galaxy 10.1 to PC - Solved

Has anyone been able to connect up to a Galaxy 10.1 to PC
and "Test" a LC program using the actual Note Pad?

So Far I have had no success.

Is it possible?

I got the ".Apk" into the "download - other downloads" sections of the Galaxy 10.1. I (Android version 4.1.2) marked the box to allow third party apps in the security section.
But still when I use the "Verify Install" or "Package installer", it starts to install and then I get "Application not installed".

Does LC work in Android version 4.1.2 environment?
