Attaching a stack showing an example of the problem a user is having is the best way to get the problem solved. With Richard's secureMode/secureFolder suggestion and the last big spam attack I realized I was opening myself up to all kinds of dangers by downloading and running users stacks. Recently I actually turned off messages before opening a stack just to check it first for "delete" or "put url" and dang that is bad.
I doubt this idea will go anywhere, just thought I'd say it.

Probably the best idea is to make sure your computer isn't running an operating system that is prone to viruses.
Occasionally I have to use Windows for testing; so I run various versions of Windows inside VMware Player containers; so, if they are virused I can just chuck them away
and use a backup.
