Forum search keyword restrictions?
It seems a little odd that I can't search for "window" in this forum. Could someone possibly take a look at the list of 'do not search' words and remove ones that are likely to be relevant to searches here? (I was looking for discussions on different ways to drag windows, specifically not by the regular window title bars. But the forum's search feature won't let me.)

Mine also returned over 10K links...
Really would take the OP ages to find what they want using just "windows".

10k? Yikes!
I actually wanted to search using two keywords, not just "window". Good to be prompted about the wildcard option, thanks, and I should have remembered the Google site search trick, doh!
However, I really do think this forum should be set up to allow searches for words that would logically be of specific interest to LiveCode users. It'll just be a list of do-not-use words somewhere in the PHPBB forum setup, so it shouldn't be hard to adjust...

Re: Forum search keyword restrictions?
Is it really a good idea for this forum's search feature to ignore the word "stack"?
I mean, c'mon!

Re: Forum search keyword restrictions?
I just wanted to search for post regarding finding text in text fields as opposed to searching the cards in a stack.
So I typed in +find +text +field thinking this would provide the necessary constraints.
The search engine thought otherwise:
"The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: find text field."
I will try out the google option.

Re: Forum search keyword restrictions?
Actually I tried the wildcard option: +find* +text* +field*
Worked a treat, listing my previous post on top
