creating executable/standalone with substacks

Post by kotikoti » Fri Oct 24, 2008 1:59 am

Hi,
Please clarify this for me...

Building a test executable that has other .rev added as "stack Files in application"

I have setup a password for the additional stacks and saved the rev file
The password is set as the configuration settings of main stack and not for the individual stacks being added

1). How would I clear the password set earlier, next time I access my build settings, the password field is blank but the build will still have the other stacks password protected.

2). My other stacks have a video object pulled in as a control. My assumption on item 1 above was that everything in these stacks will be protected i.e. hidden if password is set, but this doesn't appear to be the case, is this how it wold be or am I missing something...

The other stacks I am testing to be a holder for a video object (as an imported control) and nothig else in the cards... The video will be used by the main stack

regards,
Koti
