5.5.2 crashing on mac

Post by cwkalish » Thu Oct 11, 2012 3:52 am

I've had a lot of "spinning beachball" crashes with the latest version of Livecode on a mac. It seems to be caused by errors in my scripts (e.g., referencing an object that I've deleted from a card). Has anyone else noticed changes in the stability? or am I just getting unlucky.
Thanks.

Hi,

I also experience the Beachball of Death from time to time, when only an script error should pop up :-/
Need to kill Livecode then. But this is not reproducable, so I only save OFTEN!

Best

I also have a suspicion that 5.5.2 has gremlins.

I tried it a while back, and switched back to 5.5. But lately I have tried it again, and no problems for about a week so far.
