Some sort of config issue

Post by doobox » Tue Oct 30, 2012 6:04 pm

Hi there,

Id have loved to put a more descriptive title, but i just don't know whats actually went wrong.

I was all working and testing in sim normally with LC 5.5.3, Xcode 4.5.1 building for arm 7

I decided to experiment with externals and downloaded and installed the latest version i could find : http:www.runrev.com/downloads/livecode/sdk/L ... DK-R12.zip

Followed the tut and made the battery level external.
When i tried the final LC testing stage the battery level testing stack would not load in the sim.
Ok i thought "this is out of date, move on"
BUT..!
Now i cant load any newly created stack in the sim.
I can load previously created stacks, but if i create any new projects it just wont load, checked standalone settings against projects i have that do load, and new ones that dont.

What have i done..?
More to the point. What did installing that externals sdk do..? Did it screw my xcode installation or my LC installation..?
Kind Regards
Gary
