Most of you may have anticipated a new year thread popping up, so in true form I will ask it.
Now is the time to socially commit yourself and let everyone know.
What are your app plans for 2013 using LiveCode?
I'll start. I would like to create a simple app with LIveCode and post it the app store and google play. I have a few ideas on what I'd like to make and I've gone through several tutorials and feel I am ready to tackle an app created using LiveCode. For me, getting the process of actually getting the app to an initial shipped state is very important. When creating apps, I've found from using other SDKs, that it's rarely a straight line from concept to the app store.
So, what are your plans with LiveCode for 2013?

Re: Plans for 2013 with LiveCode
It can be a very short straight line in some cases...
I thought of a simple idea, wrote a test file (in LC) and enhanced it - all Overnight (yep - one night!) Next day I put it on iTunes (under review). 9 Days later it became available for people to download.
Search for "HexClock" (by Dave Probert) on iTunes.
Some things can be Very, Very fast.
As for the New Year - Lots more Apps!! (some that will take a couple of months, some that won't).
Cheers,
Dave

Re: Plans for 2013 with LiveCode
Très bonne année à tous !
To answer the codemonster's question, this is my priority...
I've never been very enthusiastic about the idea of using "multiple custom property sets".
So I developed a small tool that allows to retrieve all texts in French (because I'm french) of an application under development, to write a translation to these words, and then modify the application at one time (wanted to put a screenshot, here, but did'nt understood how I had to do ?).
In 2013, I would like to finish this tool and offer it to community of LiveCode's users.
If some of LiceCode's users want to work on this project, I will be very happy to share with them what has already been achieved, and to integrate the improvements they bring.
The project is called, provisionally: OpenTranslation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you want to work on a tool that could facilitate the translation of applications.
I wish you an excellent 2013.

Half way through my first app, another month and it'll finished. Then got 3 other app in the pipeline. One is already in progresss but lack of LC knowledge is slowing me down a little. Attend a LC conference. Of course this is dependant on finance.
