What directories can I access with LiveCode??

Hello,

I need to write an app that will create a standard text file with data in it. But then I need to transfer the file to a windows laptop by using the USB cable. Is there a directory I will have access to do this that will work for both android and iphone? I cannot upload it or anything that involves the internet. The windows laptop will not have internet access. I had tried to do this with corona labs software and they do not give access to any folders on the device that I can access it. How about here?

Fir an apple device it's okay to use itunes and drag the file. I just need to know if I can save the text file to where I can see it in itunes and also browse to it with an android device.
