SystemWindow stack does not close

SystemWindow stack does not close

While investigating a multiple stack question, I created some stacks and set one as systemWindow. When I asked LC to close and remove them from memory the systemWindow stack stayed around unhighlighted. As soon as I opened the Stack Inspector and unselected systemWindow, the dialog box popped up asking me if I really wanted to close and remove the stack from memory. Normal behavior or bug in the IDE?
