Version 3.x for Windows U3

Am i the only one, who is missing an updated Rev version for U3?

I am using the 2.74 U3 version quite often. I do not need to carry my whole pc with me. I can connect my U3 usb stick to any windows pc and can run Revolution without installing it again and again.

However, it would be great if a newer version for Windows U3 would be released.

I think the main problem is that Microsoft took over the U3 initiative and shelved it - no news has come from it since. So it is unfortunately not a 'living' platform in spite of its potential.

Nonetheless, Mark Waddingham promised me in May that he would build a new u3 version. Maybe I should ping him again.

Oh yes, please do so.

As i remember it correct, Heather also told me, that a new U3 version is planned.
