Additional styles for RTF and HTML

Would love to see the following for RTF and HTML:

* Tables (with at minimum, BORDER, CELLPADDING, CELLSPACING, ROWSPAN and COLSPAN for the rows and columns. Optionally, BGCOLOR, BACKGROUND)
* Left, Center and Right justifications for any given single or multiple lines.

What's QCC?

You'll have to excuse me, but i'm not all here. So I may have known what QCC was previously, but at this moment, I haven't a clue what that is. Sorry.

I meant the Quality Control Centre. This used to be called Bugzilla.
