jpeg chroma subsampling export

Would be nice if its possible to set chroma subsampling on or off... especially on the web (lower res) it makes for much better jpeg images with it being off. Much less jpeg artefacts... http://users.wfu.edu/matthews/misc/jpg_ ... maSub.html

We already have JPEGQuality. So why not add JPEGChromaSubsampling?
