no Data Grid "Row Behavior" button in Livecode 8

no Data Grid "Row Behavior" button in Livecode 8

The tutorial for Data grids appears to work with an older version of Livecode, It tells me to use "Row Behavior" to use the template, but there is no button. How do I script the template?
