Here is an Automator workflow that you can install on your Mac which will:

Make Payload folder on your desktop
Copy your highlighted build to it (don't forget to highlight your build before running)
Make Archive
Change extension to ipa
Open Application Loader

All you need to do is edit the workflow to include the name of your app in the automator command "Make Archive"

Once installed, you will see it in the services menu. You might need to restart your mac. My recollection is that it was tricky getting the workflow to show up at first. If you need help with that I'll try to remember the article I found that fixed the issue.
