Keeping text in a field

Hi.
I've created a text field and set it as a backgound, but everytime I switch cards the text in the field dissapears. Is there a way to make the text data stay there when switching cards?

Hi Bidge,

check the sharedText box in the inspector for that field.
That should do it.
